Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Dr Koh Poh Koon visited iHub

Senior Minister of State; Ministry of Trade and Industry, Dr Koh Poh Koon and his entourage from Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) visited iHub’s new warehouse facility on 13 Jan 2020.

Our Managing Director, Mr Koh San Joo gave a presentation of our company profile, real time demo of our Virtual Logistics System (VLS) with API connectivity to the various Ecommerce Market Places like Qoo10, Lazada, Zalora, Shopee and Ecommerce Platforms like Woocommerce, Shopify and Magento. This enables our SME and MNC customers to achieve complete digitalization of their supply chain.

In addition, we showcased our Digital Ecosystem; demonstrating how we adopt advanced technologies and innovation in our operations which include our Dimensioning, Weigh, Scan (DWS) Profiling System, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Cloud Transportation System (CTS).

We also shared our future plans to adopt Artificial Intelligence, Asset Tracking System and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) to drive productivity, create value, cost efficiencies and overall enhanced values to our customers particularly the small & medium size enterprises.

With the advent of digitalization, we are well positioned to ride the wave of Industry 4.0, the fourth industrial revolution where machines and humans interact together through intelligent networks and transform the logistics landscape in Singapore.
