Because our logistics processes are fully digitalized, customers can integrate their ERP and eCommerce systems with iHub. This means the whole supply chain ecosystem is fully integrated and data is able to flow in real time seamlessly.
All events in the logistics chain are tracked by our Virtual Logistics System and Cloud Transport System. Customers can track events such as Goods Received, Orders Processed, Orders Released, Orders Delivered, Expiry Date, Serial Number, Lot Number, and more through our 24x7 logistics portal.
Order pick data flows seamlessly from customer ERP or eCommerce systems all the way to order picker mobile tablet. Accuracy during order pick is ensured through location and SKU barcode scanning. During goods collection, the goods are again scanned by drivers. There is no manual data handling, thus avoiding any costly order pick errors.
Our systems are API linked with major eCommerce marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop, etc. Data is pulled from merchant stores in these platforms and processed in iHub's Virtual Logistics and Cargo Transport systems. Upon processing, we also update data into these platforms and customers ERP systems. In addition, we also support customers' websites using eCommerce engines like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
Inventory real time status is available 24/7 through our portal, ensuring control and avoidance of stockouts or overstock, thereby leading to a leaner inventory. Additionally, this allows management of expiry date, lot number and serial number.
We capture real time data through IOTs in our warehouse and transport fleet. Warehouse IOTs include temperature and humidity sensors; auto dimensioning, weighing and photo taking sensors, Facial Recognition System, etc. Transport IOTs include door and temperature sensors, telematics, GPS, Androids tablets, etc.
Immense amounts of data is collected at every stage of the supply chain, and analysed to discover useful insights. They are then drawn to build decision making algorithms into our systems. We also use these data to develop our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities.
iHub transport fleet consists of more than 50 vehicles which allows us to deploy suitable vehicles by geographical location. Each vehicle’s mileage is minimized and delivery is more intensive within a geographical zone. Next day delivery is possible while at the same time reducing environmental pollution through minimal driving.
